Been treated here at Gonstead by Dr. Marcos for maybe 6 months now. Had multiple issues…lower back pain, hip ‘giving out’, headaches, neck pain, sleepless nights. My before and after X-rays from 3 months of treatment were mind boggling. We have slowly been making our way up my spine, starting with the culprit problem, my sacrum. There’s still much to be done however I’m at a point where I can sleep through the night without crying, and I can get out of my car without falling over. Up to this point, I’ve tried targeted exercise, physical therapy, sports therapy, TENS machines, percussion massagers you name it I’ve tried it. The Gonstead approach is scientific and makes total sense if you take the time to try and understand what your body is telling you. I wish I would’ve done this five years ago…Thank you Dr. Marcos and the caring staff at Gonstead chiropractic!!

This is my follow up review from my previous post. I have had over 100 adjustments to correct 65 years of poor posture, untreated injuries and plain aches and pains. My current adjustments are in refining the vertebrae align so that I am reaching optimum health. A recent thorough blood test at a medical center confirms it. I do not take any medication even thought I am over 70. I am a personal witness to the Gonstead Chiropractic code that the human body has everything it needs to heal provided and this is a BIG IF, the brain, nervous system (i.e. vertebrae's), organs, glands, muscles, tissues, and ever part of the body is functioning at full capacity which I can now attest would be almost impossible without proper Gonstead Chiropractic care from Dr Marcos Perivolaris. I may sound like a missionary on a quest, in my own way I am for I have seen and felt the difference in my life. I hope you step over your skepticism to try it and see for yourself rather than listening to people who are not qualified to advise you properly. 5/10/2025 I wanted to wait until my initial set of sessions were completed so I can give more comprehensive review. First I have been under chiropractic care since 2006 and will state that I have never had such an intensive and complete examination by a chiropractor like Dr Marcos Perivolaris of Gonstead Chiropractic of Sarasota. Furthermore, the treatments were very different in that instead of just pushing down or turning the vertebrae, Dr Marcos had a definite vector in which he move the vertebrae while closing looking at the extensive X-rays he had done initially. This meant that he was directing the vertebrae into it "original normal" position so that the body can heal itself. The results speak for themselves. Every area of my health that was blocked by the subluxation of vertebraes are showing noticeable improvement such as urinating better, better bowel movements, better sleep cycles, less aches and pains after long walks, and many other symptoms. If you are suffering from nerve pains or have health issues, you owe it to your self to make an appointment with Dr Marcos.
