I can’t say enough good things about this practice. They truly went above and beyond, even staying after hours to help me. I’ve been to chiropractors before, but this experience was different; they were incredibly thorough, took the time to review my scans with me. The adjustments were also much more precise than anything I’ve had done before. I’ve dealt with long-standing hip pain, and not only did he adjust my hip, but also my knee and ankle to address the full chain of movement. I felt immediate relief afterward. You can genuinely tell they care about their patients and take pride in what they do. Such an amazing family-owned practice, and I’m so grateful I found them.

I am a health professional and my experience with Dr Marcos and Dr Brittany was exceptional. Office in order, everything tidy clean well explained. I came in with my wife and they spent three hours discussing, taking scans and just generally making polite conversation. And here's the kicker, were there till nearly 11:00 at night. This is a different level of care, exceptional among healthcare providers. One would think we were the last of the day and they were in a hurry to get us out.... couldn't be further from the truth and it certainly didn't seem like it crossed their minds. I was having chronic hip pain at night, almost unable to turn from side to side. I went to Dr Marcos twice a week for a few weeks, the pain was leaving and I was having improved digestion. The bone on my foot was protruding beside the big toe. He worked on adjusting my foot each time. It is improving and not nearly as pronounced! After 2 months I was down to a visit once a week, and now at 3 months I'm only going in every 10 days. I'm pain free and so thankful to Dr Marcos for his patience and care, for taking the time to answer all my questions and for his sincere concern for my health. He is Top Tier!

This family owned Gonstead Chiropractic office is just what was missing in Sarasota in the health industry. A higher level of care. I am so thankful that this team setup shop here and would recommend them to everyone. Dr. And Dr. Perivolaris have extended education behind them and truly care about the health of the patient as well as getting to the root cause. After having some severe issues with migraines and vertigo, a plan was put in place and a path to healing was created. The staff are extremely friendly and this is a very kid friendly office.

I have never been to such a competent and thorough chiropractor! I was suffering from extreme vertigo for over 2 months (was nearly bedridden) and he stopped it from occuring after the first adjustment. I also suffer from severe scoliosis which limits my mobility and causes extreme pain. I'm quite confident that I'll see tremendous improvements here as well. The Gonstead method he provides is not your normal chiropractic procedure. I'd highly recommend this treatment method and Dr. Marcos!

Gonstead chiropractic does extensive research before any physical adjustment. It blows my mind how any other chiro can do what they do without scans at least. It should be illegal. With Dr Marcos and Jonathan you feel like you’re their only patient. They have a substantial amount of patience and always have time to make sure you fully understand and are comfortable. Dr Marcos even has a little session to educate you explaining everything and what he looks at etc. Super interesting all the information they can pull and utilize! You get your own personalized folder with general education and also your specific information and charts. I love the whole office. They do so much good in this world. The effort they put in and care they give you is unheard of in this world!!

I have gone to chiropractors all over the country for 45 years. Gonstead Chiropractic is the very best clinic I have been to. Dr. Marcos’ training and expertise constantly impresses me. There are so many issues he is able to address that are not in the usual chiropractic purview. Within a few weeks of adjustments, X-rays show significant changes in my spine. I am so thankful to have found this clinic.

When I first came in, I told Dr. Marcos he’d have to work a miracle to fix my issues. He referenced his entryway wall that says “Expect Miracles ” and told me to expect it. I’ll admit—it took me several visits (and him reminding me) before I finally looked at the wall. Well, I saw it today… and I have to say, he lived up to the sign's promise in just 3 visits (so far). From day one, he’s been patient, kind, and incredibly thorough. He doesn’t rush through appointments or give cookie-cutter advice. I have been going to only Gonstead chiropractors for 20 years. I have had great experiences with the three chiropractors that I’ve seen in Iowa, SD and in Florida. Dr Marcos is at the top of the list. Let me explain, in 2012, I had a severe concussion from a second floor fall and with the care from my Iowa Gonstead chiropractor, I was back to work within 35 days. I recovered from the injury and was able to continue in my job as a school administrator. However, I would still get annoying headaches multiple times a week. When I relocated to Florida, I found Dr. Marcos! His skill and knowledge base is so fine-tuned that he identified the exact problem area, and 1.5 years later I rarely have headaches. It was like he turned off a switch. My husband and I see Dr. Marcos twice a month to keep everything aligned as a preventative measure. Trust me when I say, Dr. Marcos, who has a warm caring nature, is one of the best skilled Gonstead chiropractors ever.

Very warm and welcoming office. Feels very homey! Dr. Marcos gave me a thorough explanation of my x-rays and had other cool tests to show me how my body is functioning on the chemistry side. He said his goal was to help me feel empowered about my health journey and I have felt that in the first two visits already. Educated, caring, and kind. Dr. Marcos is a miracle worker for me! After 2 surgeries on the same knee 8 years ago my pain had not improved since pre-surgery and recently was getting worse. Visits to 3 orthopedic doctors telling me all the “hardware” was as it should be and in January an ablation through a pain management physician, there was still no improvement. There was also ankle arthritis involved. My family all go to Dr. Marcos so I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised at how thorough the initial visit was and after 2 visits I have experienced such relief! I can walk without limping, hanging on to something or in pain. Dr. Marcos explains all that is going on and provides a folder containing information on your personal X-rays and problem areas to be worked on. This is the longest review I’ve ever written on anything but I can’t t say enough good about this practice from the time you walk through the door!

I can't say enough great things about Doctors Marcos and Brittani at Gonstead Chiropractic in Sarasota. For over 2 months I had been suffering from a lack of mobility and pain in my neck that was also traveling down into my shoulders, forearms and wrists. I went to two other chiropractors to no avail. In fact, I think they made my situation worse. Dr. Marcos did a thorough physical and verbal evaluation as well as full spine X-rays that revealed how messed up my spine was. In that same first visit, Dr. Marcos was able to adjust my neck providing almost immediate relief! No other chiropractor had been able to do that!!! Everyone there is caring and very considerate and truly want to help you heal. I highly recommend them!

This is my follow up review from my previous post. I have had over 100 adjustments to correct 65 years of poor posture, untreated injuries and plain aches and pains. My current adjustments are in refining the vertebrae align so that I am reaching optimum health. A recent thorough blood test at a medical center confirms it. I do not take any medication even thought I am over 70. I am a personal witness to the Gonstead Chiropractic code that the human body has everything it needs to heal provided and this is a BIG IF, the brain, nervous system (i.e. vertebrae's), organs, glands, muscles, tissues, and ever part of the body is functioning at full capacity which I can now attest would be almost impossible without proper Gonstead Chiropractic care from Dr Marcos Perivolaris. I may sound like a missionary on a quest, in my own way I am for I have seen and felt the difference in my life. I hope you step over your skepticism to try it and see for yourself rather than listening to people who are not qualified to advise you properly. 5/10/2025 I wanted to wait until my initial set of sessions were completed so I can give more comprehensive review. First I have been under chiropractic care since 2006 and will state that I have never had such an intensive and complete examination by a chiropractor like Dr Marcos Perivolaris of Gonstead Chiropractic of Sarasota. Furthermore, the treatments were very different in that instead of just pushing down or turning the vertebrae, Dr Marcos had a definite vector in which he move the vertebrae while closing looking at the extensive X-rays he had done initially. This meant that he was directing the vertebrae into it "original normal" position so that the body can heal itself. The results speak for themselves. Every area of my health that was blocked by the subluxation of vertebraes are showing noticeable improvement such as urinating better, better bowel movements, better sleep cycles, less aches and pains after long walks, and many other symptoms. If you are suffering from nerve pains or have health issues, you owe it to your self to make an appointment with Dr Marcos.

May 4, 2025, a new re-exam (x-rays) done by Dr. Marcos, now waiting to be discussed on my next visit, praying for bigger news as I feel way healthier from day 1. Also, my dad is very excited about his results as he turns 77 years old on May 7, and the great thing is under Dr. Marcos care he never went back to his walker, cane, or electric mobility scooter that he ordered.
