A month ago I came to Dr. Marcos in a lot of pain from a car accident almost a year ago. Went through treatment at another facility all they did was make me sit in chairs and move around, then I received several shots in my neck and lower back. Took the pain away for about three months, but when they wore off my pain came back with a vengeance. I suffered for months in tears every day until I went to see Dr Marcos. He thoroughly explained my X-rays to me and it showed how out of alignment my spine was. After my 1st treat with him I felt so much better. He is an amazing Chiropractor and he really cares about you as a patient. His goal was to make me better and he did! I am finally starting to feel like myself again. My only regret is I didn't go see him 1st after my accident! He is the best Chiropractor I have ever been to! 😊

Dr M and Dr B are both truly amazing and skilled in Chiropractic care. Both Doctors may be young but that is probably why they are still both so skilled and pay attention to detail. They take the time to listen and adjust to what is needed and not just adjust you and send you out the door. They also incorporate a family environment which is not seen often and very respected. I would recommend either doctor for chiropractic needs and know confidently you're being taken care of!!

Very professional and compassionate to their patients! Usually I have found that many chiropractors do not do thorough investigation on what is happening with the patients body and Dr. Perivolaris goes beyond by making sure everything is covered in giving the most accurate, detailed and best care possible. I also appreciate the time they will spend with each patient instead of rushing them through as in an assembly line. Update: After going to Dr. Marcos this past December many of my symptoms have diminished so I would have to say this was a success! Dr. Marcos is knowledgeable, technical, and skilled. He looks deep into the root of your problems and then creates a corrective plan. After two sessions I already feel much better, deepest back crack of my life. I have seen many chiropractors but so far am most impressed with him. Today was my first ever chiropractic visit in 41 years of life. I was starting to have extreme discomfort with my left arm over the last month and a neighbor recommended going to see Dr Marcos. Needless to say I have been putting it off due to being nervous for over two weeks. I’ve heard horror stories from people over the years about getting “cracked”. He and his staff immediately made me feel comfortable. Saying they are thorough is an understatement. From general testing to X-rays prior to adjusting me, to explaining his method every step of the way, finally breaking down my new protocol for what I should be doing in my day to day life between visits. Just two hours post first visit my arm already is feeling relief.

I tell everyone I know about Dr. Brittani and Dr. Marcos because their clinic is simply the best. Their system of analysis sets them apart and allows them to be as specific as possible with treatment, which for me, has made a huge difference in my overall health. My initial goal was to stop using Rizatriptan for migraines, which was achieved after only one month of adjustments with Dr. Marcos. My kids are under the care of Dr. Brittani, who handles their energy very well and my son especially is excited about going back. Both doctors spend their time finding the root cause and it’s so refreshing being given healthy options rather than having more meds thrown at us that end up doing more damage. I am so thankful for everyone there, from the front desk to the doctors.

My husband and I arrived in Sarasota on a Tuesday after a 3 day trip driving from our home in New Hampshire. My chiropractor from home already connected w Dr. Marcos’ office regarding my previous chiropractic care for hip pain and I had an appointment for that Thursday as a follow up. By Wednesday after a very uncomfortable first night I found myself in excruciating pain and called Dr. Marcos’ office asking if he could possibly fit me in that day in addition to my existing appointment on Thursday. Sam answered the phone and my introduction to the incredibly professional, caring, thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable staff at Gonstead Chiropractic Clinic of Sarasota began. Not only was Dr. Marcos able to see me but he gave me 2 hours of his undivided attention giving me what was really an initial consultation with an adjustment at the end to at least give me some relief overnight. The following day I saw Dr. Marcos for another 2 hours to thoroughly go over the previous day’s test results and x-ray evaluation. He explained the Gonstead Chiropractic method in a way that helped me understand what he recommended for treatment. He answered every one of my questions thoroughly and patiently. He never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. He explained in detail exactly what and why he was doing that day for my adjustments. I then made appointments for the following week. I have never felt more sincerely cared for in a doctor’s office!!! From Sam’s attentive manner on the phone and in the office to Dr. Marcos’ remarkably knowledgeable and thorough examination to the overall warm and welcoming office environment, it was an absolute pleasure despite the pain I was in. I left confident my health care was in very good hands! I cannot thank them nor recommend them highly enough! Thank you!!!

Recently, unexpected fall, passed out, hit head. ER concussion, vagus nerve disruption. Experiencing post experience for a month with no definitive explanation and diagnosis. Headaches, jaw and neck, TMJ joint, feeling lightheaded complaint. Had always lived by extreme wellness lifestyle and care. Found Dr. Marcos with his extensive, timely evaluation review gave me comfort in a plan to recovery. Post concussion issues, Tinnitus, concentration, at times, added to the temporal healing and jaw, teeth issue after fall. Not expecting a doctor to receive my online request for appointment on Saturday, and call back! Everyone can experience a history of waiting for appointments with any medical professional doctors, is usually a long wait. Being in ER 3 times in my case, waiting for a month was not a good path for my wellness and complicated multiple issues in healing. healing After a detailed discussion today, Dr. GOESTARD office, Dr. Marcos, Dr. Brittany, and office staff welcoming WE DISCUSSED IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENT. it is MY CONFIDENCE, AFTER NO PATH OR RESOLVE THIS PAST MONTH, on my multiple complicated post concussion, head, cervical, nerve disruptive issues, I am on right path. Would highly recommend as first choice visit for anyone with Dr. GOESTARD office, Dr Marcos!

Over the years I’ve been to so many different chiropractors to address my lower back pain. With all of these doctors, I would see some relief the week of adjustment, but the pain would soon come back. The doctors at this clinic seem to use a sniper approach to see exactly what segments need to be adjusted as opposed to getting all of my bones cracked at other clinics. I was also experiencing intense sleep insomnia and didn’t even consider this to be an issue chiropractic could address. After my very through (2 hour) exam, my sleep insomnia was brought up. I have been a patient for 3 weeks now and sleep for over 8 hours with ease. Not to mention, the lower back pain is gone and is not coming back. This is thanks to the very thorough analysis done on every single visit! Can’t recommend this clinic enough! This is what I consider TRUE chiropractic!

I highly recommend Dr Marcos and his gonstead approach to chiropractic. He is very thorough in analyzing what areas need adjusted (or don't need adjusted), and very methodical in checking movement of the spine and neck to ensure he adjusts in just the correct spot. I was suffering with shingles and could get no relief until I went to Dr. Marcos. I had not previously been to a chiropractor so I was a little concerned about the treatment. Dr Marcos took X-Rays and explained them in detail and answered all my questions. After 2 treatments my shingles pain was gone. He is a very concerned and caring Dr. and I will continue my treatments with him for my over-all wellness.
