I had an incredible experience with Dr. Marcos! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The office environment is warm and professional, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Marcos took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, explaining everything clearly and addressing all my concerns. Been treated here at Gonstead by Dr. Marcos for maybe 6 months now. Had multiple issues…lower back pain, hip ‘giving out’, headaches, neck pain, sleepless nights. My before and after X-rays from 3 months of treatment were mind boggling. We have slowly been making our way up my spine, starting with the culprit problem, my sacrum. There’s still much to be done however I’m at a point where I can sleep through the night without crying, and I can get out of my car without falling over. Up to this point, I’ve tried targeted exercise, physical therapy, sports therapy, TENS machines, percussion massagers you name it I’ve tried it. The Gonstead approach is scientific and makes total sense if you take the time to try and understand what your body is telling you. I wish I would’ve done this five years ago…Thank you Dr. Marcos and the caring staff at Gonstead chiropractic!!

I was in really bad physical shape in terms of my back when I first met Dr. Marcos and Dr. Brittani and I was feeling pretty hopeless. At the time I had just been seen by an orthopedic who put me on Celebrex for my pain in addition to muscle relaxers and told me to take for 30 days and try physical therapy. I very quickly saw results after seeing both Dr. Brittani and Dr. Marcos and was able to very quickly get off of all meds. I am back at the gym and able to play with my children and nieces again and it wasn't even 30 days! These doctors and their entire team are so friendly, kind and compassionate. They are super eager to help you achieve your goals and I am so happy and grateful they are a part of my healthcare team now.
