Been treated here at Gonstead by Dr. Marcos for maybe 6 months now. Had multiple issues…lower back pain, hip ‘giving out’, headaches, neck pain, sleepless nights. My before and after X-rays from 3 months of treatment were mind boggling. We have slowly been making our way up my spine, starting with the culprit problem, my sacrum. There’s still much to be done however I’m at a point where I can sleep through the night without crying, and I can get out of my car without falling over. Up to this point, I’ve tried targeted exercise, physical therapy, sports therapy, TENS machines, percussion massagers you name it I’ve tried it. The Gonstead approach is scientific and makes total sense if you take the time to try and understand what your body is telling you. I wish I would’ve done this five years ago…Thank you Dr. Marcos and the caring staff at Gonstead chiropractic!!

My entire family and I absolutely love Dr Marcos and Dr.Brittani! They have helped us all in so many ways from anxiety, injuries, infant care, digestion, etc. I have tried many chiropractors and have also had physical therapy in the past, but have never experienced the Gonstead method. What an ABSOLUTE miracle worker Dr Marcos is. I’ve had neck and back issues for over 25 years. I’ve seen so many different chiropractors that haven’t helped me, so I sort of gave up on trying to do anything would make me feel better and just live with the pain and other issues. That is until a good friend of mine heavily recommended and actually scheduled a consultation for me. 3 weeks later now, all I can say is WOW!!! I had a sudden back injury which left me on the floor for hours, then walking with a walker. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Marcos and Dr Brittani. I saw a massage therapist at another chiropractor's office who, without my consent, attempted to aggressively adjust my neck and upper back before I even had a chance to realize what was happening. PLEASE KNOW THAT NO MASSAGE THERAPIST IS LICENSED TO DO THIS AND BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU GO! ASK QUESTIONS AND SPEAK UP. The next day I was in tremendous pain and have been since. I had to cease all activity, and I typically am an athletic person who works out 5-6 days a week. I have two very active boys and have not been able to interact with them the way I normally would. This was already almost 7 months ago. For 4 months, I tried getting chiropractic care but it did not help and also did not feel heard in the severity of my concerns. I continued to be in constant pain. A month ago, I started seeing Dr Marcos at Gonstead. His bedside manner is incredible. He is warm, he listens, spends time with you and he genuinely cares. As does Dr Brittani.Their whole office is caring, attentive and kind. Dr Marcos explains in detail what he feels is going on in your body and deeply understands the impacts of trauma on one's nervous system. Being in a similar field as an acupuncturist, the Gonstead approach makes sense to me. Instead of just crackiing you all over the place and sending you on your way, they use specific instruments to guide the location of necessary adjustments, thus not sending your entire body into shock. After a month of seeing Dr Marcos, I am in the least amount of pain I have been in since the injury, my neck is not seizing up, and progress is continuing to be made. I feel hopeful again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely the best chiropractic experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to a few chiropractors. A couple have been pretty good. As good as those were, there’s really no comparison to the level of care and attention to detail the Dr, Brit and Dr Marcos provides. Usually you show up at a chiropractor’s office and you barely see them for 3 to 5 minutes, they manipulate you when you’re out the door. This family sees you as one of their own and takes care during your visit. You truly feel like you’re being Treated as opposed to an assembly line. They take x-rays and even confer with their peers to make sure that you are getting the best treatment plan possible. I went in with a lot of different pains from many years of being a firefighter. After a few months, I feel great!
