I am a health professional and my experience with Dr Marcos and Dr Brittany was exceptional. Office in order, everything tidy clean well explained. I came in with my wife and they spent three hours discussing, taking scans and just generally making polite conversation. And here's the kicker, were there till nearly 11:00 at night. This is a different level of care, exceptional among healthcare providers. One would think we were the last of the day and they were in a hurry to get us out.... couldn't be further from the truth and it certainly didn't seem like it crossed their minds. There is most definitely a reason they have been awarded so many Better Business Awards. Wow. My wife's hip and jaw left feeling far better than when we arrived. Gonstead chiropractic does extensive research before any physical adjustment. It blows my mind how any other chiro can do what they do without scans at least. It should be illegal. With Dr Marcos and Jonathan you feel like you’re their only patient. They have a substantial amount of patience and always have time to make sure you fully understand and are comfortable. Dr Marcos even has a little session to educate you explaining everything and what he looks at etc. Super interesting all the information they can pull and utilize! You get your own personalized folder with general education and also your specific information and charts. I love the whole office. They do so much good in this world. The effort they put in and care they give you is unheard of in this world!!

When I first came in, I told Dr. Marcos he’d have to work a miracle to fix my issues. He referenced his entryway wall that says “Expect Miracles ” and told me to expect it. I’ll admit—it took me several visits (and him reminding me) before I finally looked at the wall. Well, I saw it today… and I have to say, he lived up to the sign's promise in just 3 visits (so far). From day one, he’s been patient, kind, and incredibly thorough. He doesn’t rush through appointments or give cookie-cutter advice. He actually explains what he’s doing, why it matters, and how you can take care of yourself between visits. He makes sure you understand your own body and gives you practical ways to keep improving, not just temporarily feel better. As someone who’s been burned by medical professionals in the past, it’s been refreshing to find a doctor who genuinely cares about long-term healing. He gives hope (and humor) where other doctors give prescriptions and shrugs. Very warm and welcoming office. Feels very homey! Dr. Marcos gave me a thorough explanation of my x-rays and had other cool tests to show me how my body is functioning on the chemistry side. He said his goal was to help me feel empowered about my health journey and I have felt that in the first two visits already. Educated, caring, and kind. He explained his adjustments and made me feel comfortable for new areas Iv never had adjusted before. Amazing experience ! I take myself and 8 month old daughter and within a few weeks I’ve noticed a huge improvement in her mood and digestion issues. I had a lot of issues with my hips and felt like I could not get anyone to address the issue properly. May 4, 2025, a new re-exam (x-rays) done by Dr. Marcos, now waiting to be discussed on my next visit, praying for bigger news as I feel way healthier from day 1. Also, my dad is very excited about his results as he turns 77 years old on May 7, and the great thing is under Dr. Marcos care he never went back to his walker, cane, or electric mobility scooter that he ordered. Recently, unexpected fall, passed out, hit head. ER concussion, vagus nerve disruption. Experiencing post experience for a month with no definitive explanation and diagnosis. Headaches, jaw and neck, TMJ joint, feeling lightheaded complaint. Had always lived by extreme wellness lifestyle and care. Found Dr. Marcos with his extensive, timely evaluation review gave me comfort in a plan to recovery. Post concussion issues, Tinnitus, concentration, at times, added to the temporal healing and jaw, teeth issue after fall. Not expecting a doctor to receive my online request for appointment on Saturday, and call back! Everyone can experience a history of waiting for appointments with any medical professional doctors, is usually a long wait. Being in ER 3 times in my case, waiting for a month was not a good path for my wellness and complicated multiple issues in healing. healing After a detailed discussion today, Dr. GOESTARD office, Dr. Marcos, Dr. Brittany, and office staff welcoming WE DISCUSSED IMMEDIATE APPOINTMENT. it is MY CONFIDENCE, AFTER NO PATH OR RESOLVE THIS PAST MONTH, on my multiple complicated post concussion, head, cervical, nerve disruptive issues, I am on right path. Absolutely the best chiropractic experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to a few chiropractors. A couple have been pretty good. As good as those were, there’s really no comparison to the level of care and attention to detail the Dr, Brit and Dr Marcos provides. Usually you show up at a chiropractor’s office and you barely see them for 3 to 5 minutes, they manipulate you when you’re out the door. This family sees you as one of their own and takes care during your visit. You truly feel like you’re being Treated as opposed to an assembly line. They take x-rays and even confer with their peers to make sure that you are getting the best treatment plan possible. I went in with a lot of different pains from many years of being a firefighter. After a few months, I feel great!

Been seeing Marcos for awhile now. Front desk is very professional and kind. Marcos takes his time to listen and work with you unlike other chiropractors I've seen over the years where they just crack your back and send you on your way. A big thing for me was always feeling like just another brick in the wall where you just don't feel importante enough if you will, but not with Marcos.
